This is a very nice property. The management company is very responsive. The house is in good repair and the set up is comfortable. The pool is fun and the pool fence is secure. We had young children staying there and the security of the pool fence was important. The kitchen has virtually every appliance guests who plan to cook meals would want. The house is well stocked with towels and linens. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable place to rent.

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at Brindy’s place in Newport Beach. The location was perfect (only a few steps from the beach) and the place was very comfortable. We would love to visit again!
