Relaxed, soulful, and unmistakably Arizona, this desert hideaway is full of character, from hand-laid tile art to warm wood details and cozy nooks. A cozy hideaway with vintage books, a plush loveseat, and a peekaboo window view • Coffee and beverage bar fully stocked and ready for your morning ritual • Well-Appointed Kitchen with original character and all the amenities and tools you need to prepare meals with loved ones • Comfy, Lounge ready Living Room with a Smart TV and hiking books to plan your adventure! 🛏️ Bedroom & Bathroom Layout: All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan, closet with hangers, and a white noise machine. UPSTAIRS • Primary Suite: King bed, loft overlooking living room, private outdoor balcony, ensuite bathroom, table and chairs, dresser, library nook • Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, workspace, gorgeous view looking down at the backyard • Hallway guest bathroom DOWNSTAIRS • Bedroom 3: King bed, workspace • Bedroom 4: King bed, workspace • Hallway guest bathroom • Yoga room/sunroom with sauna and bathroom PETS • We allow up to two dogs per stay, with a pet fee of $100 per dog. We’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. • If you’re bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is not fenced, and javelinas are frequently seen in the neighborhood. For their safety, dogs should always be kept on a leash when outside. • We also ask that pets stay off the furniture during your stay. NOISE: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am and are strictly enforced. This is a quiet neighborhood and noise must be kept low at all times outside. Due to the home’s mountainside location, sound carries easily, even at normal speaking volumes. Any noise complaints may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. HOUSE RULES 1. Absolutely No Parties. We’re committed to being respectful neighbors. If there are any reports of parties or noise disturbances, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. 2. No Smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $500 fee will be charged, plus the full cost of returning the home to its original smoke-free condition. 3. Backyard Safety: Our backyard is not fenced and sits directly against the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Please use extra caution with children and be mindful of local wildlife. 4. QUIET HOURS: 9pm-8am.
