HOUSE RULES 1. Absolutely No Parties. We’re committed to being respectful neighbors. If there are any reports of parties or noise disturbances, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. 2. No Smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $500 fee will be charged, plus the full cost of returning the home to its original smoke-free condition. 3. Backyard Safety: Our backyard is not fenced and sits directly against the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Please use extra caution with children and be mindful of local wildlife.
