We’ve found this to be part of the charm of Cottonwood and have only had positive experiences. However, some guests might prefer the solitude of not having nearby neighbors like we have here. - To help ensure the safety of our guests and team members, we have an exterior surveillance camera located at the front door. We loved staying at casa coconino!! It was the perfect home base for our girls trip. It provided easy access to Sedona, Jerome and even the Grand Canyon was just a few hour drive from the house! I saw other reviews mentioning the neighborhood, but we found the neighbors to be extremely kind and enjoyed its charm. The home itself is gorgeous as well, we couldn’t have asked for a better place (or host) :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for easy trips to Sedona and other beautiful surrounding spots. As other reviewers have mentioned, the street itself and the neighboring houses are a bit run-down and not very well-maintained. However, this property really stands out! Once you step inside, it’s clear the owners have put a lot of care into it. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like a little oasis. A huge plus for us was the free EV charger on-site, which made our trips around the area so much easier. If you’re looking for a great base to explore the region, this is it. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at Brindy’s place! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, bright, and welcoming—exactly what we needed to relax and recharge after long days out. The location was super convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores just a short drive away, which made everything easy. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Brindy was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free getaway!
