We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. You will be asked to leave without any refund if there are any reports of noise or partying. - We have a zero tolerance NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of all kinds not permitted inside the house. If any evidence of smoking is found, we charge a minimum $500 fee PLUS the cost of restoring the home to its original smoke free condition. - NO dogs or pets of any kind.
