"Amazing location! The cutest beach house on the same block as the sand and beach. Newport is very lively in the summer and there are many cafes, restaurants and shops within a short walk. There were also beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella provided which we loved. Meanwhile you’re a 5 minute walk to all the exciting shops and restaurants at the pier. Balboa is extremely walkable and there are endless things to do, and Brindy’s place is right in the middle of it. The place is stunning, with 3 beds and baths there is plenty of room. The kitchen is modern with a massive fridge and plenty of cutlery, we made dinner most weeknights. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the shower pressure was PHENOMENAL. Parking was a breeze with the private garage and the beach amenities she stocks in it. The laundry is shared across a few units but it’s super convenient, adjacent to this unit. I worked from the place and the WiFi was strong. Brindy was always responsive for any questions and provided tons of great recommendations.
