This place is perfect. It takes 30 sec to get to the beach. I never want to leave. Also Brindy the host is awesome. Communication couldn’t be better. She bent over backwards to accommodate me. Book this place, just not on the dates I want it.

We truly had the best time staying at Brindy’s cute rental in Newport! The place looks exactly like the photos, was clean and comfortable. For the most part it was pretty quiet - a couple nights of partying in the downstairs unit and some of the neighbors on occasion, but we were there through spring break time so it was expected. Walking distance to so many places and it was so great being so close to the sand - our two little ones (age 2 and 4) spent almost every night running around on the boardwalk and playing in the sand ☺️ Brindy was always extremely responsive to anything we reached out for. Shared coin operated laundry in the building which was convenient and the garage parking space was so nice to have! We would absolutely love to stay here again and would recommend to anyone!!

I had a fantastic stay here. The location simply can't be beat, and having parking, beach access and a long-term stay that was much more affordable than other local options made it absolutely dreamy. The kitchen is stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Range and oven work great. It's a small space so if you plan to make elaborate home-cooked meals, you may feel a bit constrained. However, if it's breakfast and sandwiches and tacos and a little dining out, you'll do great here. Extra linens were easy to find and Brindy was lightning-quick and proactive about small issues. As other reviews have mentioned, if you're not familiar with this part of Newport Beach, it's very popular for good reason. Which has some pros and cons. Pros: The beaches are sparkling. The walkable amenities are fun. You can bike just about everywhere. Cons: some seasons are heavy party time. Many weekend nights, holidays, and certain stretches of spring and summer can be rowdy.

You can’t beat this location! My wife and I stayed for a month and loved every day. The apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
