House Rules • No Parties & Guest Limit: Out of respect for our neighbors and community, parties are strictly prohibited. We enforce a 14-guest maximum at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise or neighborhood disturbances, which will result in immediate removal without a refund. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music or outdoor noise is allowed during this time. We are in a family-friendly neighborhood, so please be respectful of our neighbors. • Pool Safety: The pool is not fenced and is 10 feet deep. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and consider this when deciding if the home is a good fit for your group. • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home. If evidence is found, a $400 fee will be charged, plus the cost to return the home to a smoke-free condition. • No Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed. A $400 fee will apply if evidence of pets is found. By booking, you agree to follow these house rules and respect our home, neighbors, and community.
