We've hosted many happy guests for 30+ day stays and our little condo is perfectly suited for this. Layout: - Primary Bedroom: King size bed, SmartTV, room darkening shades, luggage bench, and closet - Living & Dining Room: Roku Smart TV, cable - Kitchen: Electric stove, full size oven, toaster, Keurig, Brita filter, bakeware, cookware - Patio: 2 chairs, small table, solar lantern - Bathroom: Full bathtub, small vanity, washer and dryer Sleeping options: - King size bed - Sofa - 4" Tri folding, foam mattress with extra sheet and pillow (perfect for kids!) Walking Distance (up to 1 mile away): - Sip Coffee & Beer: A favorite place to work or study. Great drink options for any time of day. - The Madison Improvement Club: Upbeat fitness center. Yoga, spin classes, health-food cafe. - Essence Bakery Cafe: Delicious pastries! - Bosa Donuts: Phoenix’s favorite donut place! - Crumbl Cookies: Fresh baked! - UnderTow: A teeny tiny bar, hidden in the basement of a coffee shop. Reservations are recommended. - Camelback FlowerShop: A unique boutique for floral arrangements and all sorts of beautiful, local and handmade items. More to do nearby: - Arizona Canal Trail: Less than a 5 minute drive. A trail and canal system throughout Phoenix. You can rent scooters or bikes and take the canal all the way to Old Town Scottsdale. - Old Town Scottsdale: 10 minute drive. Several Southwestern boutiques for clothing, jewelry and artwork. Many dining options! There is also a canal walk/bike way that goes through town. - Papago Park: Urban park with interesting red rock structures. Fun to climb on and explore. Other Details to Note
- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. - Pets must be approved. If our team finds evidence of pets without prior approval, we charge a $200 fee. - Please clean up after pets. A $75 fee will be applied for any waste left behind. - Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times. - Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area. - Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage. - Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees up to $200 as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest. - Do not lose the house keys, or pool keys. We charge $100 per key that is not returned prior to check out.

Arcadia is one of Phoenix’s favorite neighborhoods, known for its variety of restaurants, cocktail bars, brewpubs, upscale boutiques and antique shops. Camelback Mountain is easily accessible, making Arcadia popular for hikers. Centrally located between downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale, there is plenty to explore.
