Great drink options for any time of day. - The Madison Improvement Club: Upbeat fitness center. More to do nearby: - Arizona Canal Trail: Less than a 5 minute drive. A trail and canal system throughout Phoenix. You can rent scooters or bikes and take the canal all the way to Old Town Scottsdale. - Old Town Scottsdale: 10 minute drive. Several Southwestern boutiques for clothing, jewelry and artwork. Many dining options! There is also a canal walk/bike way that goes through town. - Papago Park: Urban park with interesting red rock structures. Fun to climb on and explore. Other Details to Note
- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. - Pets must be approved. If our team finds evidence of pets without prior approval, we charge a $200 fee. - Please clean up after pets. A $75 fee will be applied for any waste left behind. - Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times. - Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area. - Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage. - Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees up to $200 as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest. - Do not lose the house keys, or pool keys. We charge $100 per key that is not returned prior to check out.
