We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. - No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted. - Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times. - Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a trash bin is in the alley behind the house. - Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage. - Respect our check out time.
