❖ HOUSE RULES ❖ - All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. - No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted. - Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times. - Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a trash bin is in the alley behind the house. - Pets are not allowed inside the home. We’re unable to make exceptions. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home without prior permission. - Please return all games to their original spot (ping pong paddles, balls, cue sticks, etc. Our team charges for any items missing upon check out. - Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage. - Respect our check out time.
