A recent guest lovingly called it a "Happy Home" which is perfectly fitting. Our nearest neighbors are about 120 ft from the house. We're about the same difference from the main road leading into our neighborhood. You can expect to hear cars passing by. Families traveling with children should also take caution and ensure kids are not playing in front of the house.
