Perfect stay, I highly recommend! My bridesmaids and I just stayed at Brindy’s place for my bachelorette trip, and my girls and I loved it! The host was very nice, helpful, & responsive. The house is beautiful & had so many thoughtful items that made our stay easy (as we flied across the country for our stay). There were many gorgeous places that we could have stayed at, but this house checked off all of my major must haves for my group being that there were 12 girls staying in the house..like plenty of room/beds, LOTS of mirrors/getting ready spots, several showers, & a pool w/ many lounge chairs! They even had pool towels & cute pool floats for us, which was nice! The location was perfect. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & was a short 10 min drive to Old Town, which is where we spent most of our time (lots of cute stores, restaurants, & bars). They even let us have a private hibachi chef come to cook outside for us, which was a blast! Thank you Brindy for our perfect stay!!

Definitely a great place to stay! The house was clean and was beautiful inside. Large dining table for everyone to enjoy dinner together and absolutely loved the pool because most of our time was spent outside. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, neighborhood was quiet and a short drive from the busier parts of Scottsdale. For a family with a toddler who cannot yet swim, the best feature was the sun deck of the pool. She could play there but not have to swim or float. Really nice house and we’d definitely encourage others to stay there.

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The home is a true gem—beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless; they were friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this stunning space to any future guests.

This home is spectacular. The character sure did add to the beauty. It was well stocked with all of the necessities. The views and sunsets were stellar. There was so much to do whether you stayed in or went out. We will definitely stay again and again.

This was the perfect spot for my Bachelorette trip! It was within driving distance for everything we wanted to do on our trip, and the home was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool/outside area, and the host was extremely responsive with any questions or issues we had. Overall very happy with our experience!

Great location for center of Phoenix. Easy to get to from I- 10. Lots of Restaurants in the area. The walk from the car to the door was short. Condo was very clean and neat. It was just right for the two of us. Will gladly stay again. Loved the low platform bed. Would love to see a TV put in there. Thank you for hosting us.

Brindy was a fabulous host. The home is delightfully remodeled and beautifully furnished. The beautiuful copper counters were a standout as well as the slab wood breakfast bar. Brindy has the nicest utility sink I have ever seen (a bizarre comment I know). The garage was a really nice feature as well. Anyway, I would highly recommend Brindy's place if Cottonwood is your destination!

Great fun homey space. Excellent communication and amenities. Felt very relaxed and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you could need. Do check ice and propane if you plan to BBQ.
