Enjoy the 2-mile El Paso Passageway loop connecting Optimist and Gaicki Parks — perfect for morning strolls or evening walks. HOUSE RULES: 1. Absolutely no parties. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. You will be asked to leave without any refund if there are any reports of noise or partying. 2. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any time 3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am 4. No tape, thumbtacks, or hanging decorations on the walls. 5. We have a zero tolerance NO SMOKING policy. Smoking of all kinds not permitted inside the house. If any evidence of smoking is found, we charge a minimum $500 fee PLUS the cost of restoring the home to its original smoke free condition. 6. NO dogs or pets of any kind. We love pets, but to maintain our high cleaning standards and accommodate guests with allergies, we have a strict no-pets policy. 7. Pool Safety: The pool is not fenced. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and consider this when deciding if the home is a good fit for your group. By booking, you agree to follow these house rules and respect our home, neighbors, and community.
