- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. - Pets must be approved. If our team finds evidence of pets without prior approval, we charge a $200 fee in addition to the pet fee. - Please clean up after pets. A $75 fee will be applied for any waste left behind. - Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times. - Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a trash bin is located in the driveway. - Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage. - Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
